Covid-19: India develops indigenous testing kit. Pune-based Mylab specialising in molecular diagnostic developed it. The first Indian company to get Covid-19 test kits validated. The kit was developed in 6 weeks & received commercial approval from CDSCO on March 23. Instead of the current 4 hours, this kit can bring results in 2.5 hours . Itcan study 1000 samples from large labs and 200 from small labs.the COVID-19 test kit will be made available at an affordable pricey. Mylab hopes to ship the first set of kits on March 25
