The Commerce Ministry sets up a help desk to solve export/import issues during Corona. Helpdesk is operationalised by the Director General of Foreign Trade (DGFT). Exporters and importers can directly report issues through DGFT website or toll-free no: 1800-111-550. A proforma spreadsheet listing issues can be mailed at ‘[email protected]’. DPIIT had earlier set up a control room to monitor the real-time status of delivery of goods.
