Pattnaik, who was an architect, forayed into fashion due to his passion for design. More than encouraging weaving in the rural area, he brands his language through Calligraphy.

Pattnaik’s startup promotes weaving and manufacturing of leather products. This young entrepreneur and his startups work on various aspects- from preventing air and water pollution to converting art with the help of AI and providing education to orphans. Pattnaik’s website Pencil for Change is showcasing the art of common man to the world.

Pattnaik says the key focus is on selling quality products and rewarding weavers. By recognizing the talents among the needy and providing them with a source of income, Bhubaneswar-native Pattnaik and his startup, In Vogue Vari set up an example to the world.
