Amazon announces general availability of its enterprise search platform Kendra. The AI and ML-powered service is now available to all Amazon Web Services (AWS) customers. Users can ask queries and search across repositories connected to the search engine. The search engine is tuned for specific industries including IT, healthcare and insurance. Companies can drop Kendra search box into an application or a website, thereby optimizing it.
