As the number of corona cases surges day by day, it is important to avoid public gathering. The automatic sanitiser developed by Alan Sandeep, a class IX student from Vadakara, gains relevance at this point. It was while attending a virtual course on Robotics that Alan developed the automatic hand sanitiser with the support of his teacher. After buying the sensor through Amazon, he developed the product within a few weeks. The sanitiser can be used in supermarkets and banks and does not require any physical contact.
It will work with both battery and adapter and can be installed in public places such as buses, banks or supermarkets. Bottle size remodelling will cost only Rs 350.
Alan aims to find a market for the automatic sanitiser on a commercial basis. Alan, a class IX student at Vocational Higher Secondary School, Madapally , Vatakara is an active participant at science fairs. Alan’s favourite subject is robotics.
