23 foreign, domestic companies line up to run private trains in India
Ministry of Railways held a pre-bid meeting with companies on Wednesday
Alstom, Bombardier, L&T are a few top players to attend the meeting
India plans to run 151 private trains across 12 clusters in the country
Entities can either purchase trains or lease them in terms of procurement
