WhatsApp Web to introduce fingerprint authentication feature for extra privacy
The new feature is under development in the latest beta
Earlier, QR Code scanning was necessary to log into WhatsApp from desktop
This will prevent external users from accessing WhatsApp web without the user’s consent
WhatsApp is testing fingerprint login system on its latest beta build for Android (2.20.200)
