61% of employers in India to continue flexible work arrangements beyond the COVID-19 pandemic
Findings are part of RGF International Recruitment’s latest Talent in Asia 2020 report
The survey is based on a comprehensive analysis of over 4,600 responses across 11 Asian countries
India is followed by Indonesia (47%), Vietnam (55%) and Greater China (47%)
While 14% of employers reported 50% less productivity, another14% reported higher productivity rate
Employers are also adopting digital solutions to overcome telecommuting limitations
