PhonePe promotes gender neutrality by appointing more women in senior roles

This year, PhonePe will appoint more women in senior roles

Female participation in Directors & VP roles will be increased from 16% to 25% by December 2021

PhonePe announced its Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) charter will focus on gender neutrality

The homegrown fintech will review policies and infrastructure to be more inclusive

Such as the inclusion of the LGBTQ community

It will also evaluate its roles & policy framework to incorporate people with disabilities
