Tech giant Apple is reportedly in talks with carmaker Toyota for its car production
The aim is to bring about the Apple car by 2024
Apple has been working on this project since 2014 under the codename ‘Project Titan’
It had approached other automobile manufacturers for the same
That includes Hyundai, South Korea’s SK Group and LG Electronics
The car is rumoured to have LiDAR technology
This technology could bring a lot of depth to the AI functions
The vehicle is expected to have a ‘CI’ chip based on the A12 Bionic Processor with in-cabin AI functions
It is also expected to have LED screens all over the vehicle
