For the eleventh time, the Sikka Art and Design Festival is taking over Dubai’s Al Fahidi District, saturating the small lanes with artwork at every turn.The festival brings together visual artists, performers, designers, musicians, and other creatives to showcase artworks, concerts, murals, poetry readings, and film screenings.
