Consumer health brand Dabur to invest Rs 550 Crore for its largest facility in India
The new product centre will be situated in Madhya Pradesh
Foods, Ayurvedic medicines and health supplements will be manufactured at the plant
The new plant will employ 1,250 people in the first phase and then more than 3,000 people
Dabur said that its Madhya Pradesh centre will be the largest plant in the world
The 51-acre plant is expected to be completed this financial year
The aim is to increase the production capacity of Ayurvedic products and medicines
With the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, demand for Ayurvedic products surged rapidly
Products like Chyawanprash, Honey and Healthy Juice have achieved record growth online.
