Oyo Hotels and Homes aim for India IPO in 2021
It has set September as a timeline for filing its IPO prospectus
It wants to be a public company before the calendar year concludes
Oyo has started talks with bankers including JP Morgan, Citi and Kotak Mahindra Capital
Currently, Oyo sees business reviving in Indian and European markets
It is because COVID-19 cases are falling and vaccination is catching up
Now, 43% of Oyo’s revenue comes from India and Southeast
Meanwhile, 28% comes from Europe and the rest from other markets
