China limits the online gaming hours for children to three hours a week
Minors can now play games between 8 pm to 9 pm on Fridays, weekends and Public holidays
The new rule will be effective from September 1, 2021
Earlier, it was an hour and a half per day and three hours on public days
The new regulation will affect some of China’s largest tech companies including Tencent
