IIT Delhi develops ‘risk index’ for implementing state-wise lockdown. The research is based on severity, detectability & likelihood for each state. The risk index has divided the country into five clusters. The clusters are High Risk, Medium High-Risk, Medium Risk, Medium-Low Risk and Low Risk.The ‘risk index’ was developed by the department of management studies led by Professor Arpan Kumar Kar.
