Club Factory raises $100 Mn funding from Qiming Venture Partners and others. Club Factory is an e-commerce major based in China. Club Factory recently became the third-largest e-commerce shopping app in India. The company aims to enhance its Open Platform Strategy through the funding. The platform looks to attract local sellers to make the retail more efficient.
US tech major Oracle opens Gen 2 cloud data centers in Mumbai. Oracle aims to have 20 such data centers by 2020. Above 15K customers in India including Federal Bank & Bajaj have subscribed to Oracle. Oracle employs over 38K people in India across its 10 development centers & hubs. Currently, Amazon Web, Google & Microsoft are leading cloud service space in India.

Co-working startup WeWork India to raise Rs 1,400 Cr For expansion. Funding is to expand seating capacity from 46k to 1Lakh by 2020. Bengaluru-based WeWork India is scouting both international & domestic investors. The company will lease more working space at Noida & Hyderabad soon.
