Reliance to launch Jio Fiber on Sep 5. The new plan offers 100 Mbps minimum broadband speed at Rs 700 per month. Subscribers of annual plan will get a free HD TV set. Telecom companies extend a helping hand to Kerala flood victims. Airtel, Jio, Vodafone Idea & BSNL offer free service to customers in the state. Airtel customers will get free talk time & SMS along with data benefits. Vodafone Idea is offering talk time credit of up to Rs 10 to prepaid customers. Jio extends a complimentary 7-day unlimited voice and data pack. Telcos are also offering 1948 service to help trace missing persons.
