Bangalore-based NIRAMAI Health Analytix raised US$6-7 million. Funding round led by Pi Ventures, Axilor, Ankur Capital & Flipkart co-founder Binny Bansal. Startup has raised a total of $6.1M in funding over 3 rounds. NIRAMAI, founded in 2016 by Geetha Manjunath & Nidhi Mathur. Startup at present has deployments in diagnostics centers at Karnataka, Chennai & Telangana.

Maker Village, the country’s largest hardware incubator lined up 14 socially relevant startups at TiEcon summit. The products showcased at the Expo were choose on the basis of its social commitments and the one which received less exposure. Startups dealing with rural, environmental, health care, disaster management and other social needs were displayed at the TiEcon Summit. Platform like TiEcon gave opportunities of exposure and to develop network with entrepreneurs.
