തൊഴില്‍ നഷ്ടപ്പെടുന്ന പ്രവാസികള്‍ക്ക് ഏകോപിത പ്രവാസി തൊഴില്‍ പദ്ധതിയുമായി കേരള ബജറ്റ് പദ്ധതിക്കുവേണ്ടി 100 കോടി രൂപ വകയിരുത്തുമെന്ന് മന്ത്രി തോമസ് ഐസക് സമാശ്വാസ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് 30 കോടി രൂപയും പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട് പദ്ധതിയുടെ ഭാഗമായി മടങ്ങിവരുന്നവരുടെ പട്ടിക തയ്യാറാക്കും മടങ്ങിവരുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് നൈപുണ്യ പരിശീലനം നല്‍കും വീണ്ടും വിദേശത്ത് പോകാൻ സഹായം ലഭ്യമാക്കും പദ്ധതിയുടെ ആദ്യഘട്ടം നടപ്പാക്കിയ ശേഷം മൂന്നാം ലോക കേരള സഭ വിളിച്ചു ചേർക്കും പ്രവാസി ക്ഷേമനിധിക്ക് ഒമ്പത് കോടി രൂപ അനുവദിക്കും. ക്ഷേമനിധി അംശാദായം വിദേശത്തുള്ളവര്‍ക്ക് 350 രൂപയും പെന്‍ഷന്‍ 3500 രൂപയായും ഉയര്‍ത്തി. നാട്ടില്‍ തിരിച്ചെത്തിയവരുടെ അംശാദായം 200 രൂപയായും പെന്‍ഷന്‍ 3000 രൂപയായും വര്‍ധിപ്പിച്ചു കോവിഡാനന്തര കാലത്ത് പ്രവാസി ചിട്ടി ഊര്‍ജ്ജിതപ്പെടുത്തുമെന്നും മന്ത്രി തോമസ് ഐസക്
