Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan launched integrated startup complex, the Nation’s largest innovation hub to set for its technology exploration at Kerala Technology Innovation zone, Kochi, Kerala. KSUM ‘s startup complex to be the largest innovative hub not only in India but also over South Asia, opinionated Chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan. The Kochi facility has beaten the status of Bhamashah Techno Hub, Jaipur, boasting an area of one lakh sqft, as South Asia’s largest startup hub said CM. 1.8 lakh sq ft Integrated startup complex at 13-acre innovation campus is the benchmark platform to promote startups, technologies , innovations in altering Kerala, to a top startup destination in India. The Integrated Startup Complex, under the Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM), houses Maker Village that promotes hardware & electronic startups, Bionest that promotes biotechnology researches, BRINC which is the country’s first international accelerator for hardware startups, country’s first cancer technology incubator developing solutions for cancer diagnosis BRIC, and centres of Excellence by industry majors like Federal Bank, Altair, Unity, Cera and more. TIZ now houses over 100 startups.
