While talking to Channeliam.com he said that the Startup initiatives in Kerala are not just restricted to cities but are also taken to district levels, which is apparently a model set by Kerala for others to follow. Innovation and entrepreneurship is something which needs guidance from early stage probably at college level. Another important factor Dibya Prakash highlighted was the need to audit the startups success and scale up ratio. The reason for startup failure is mostly due to not knowing how to utilize fund properly. His advices for startups are to focus on their clients/ Customers because the primary growth for startups is from customers. ECD Ventures focuses mainly on customers and push startups to go to customers, get real time feedback and understands customer’s empathy which is equally important which contributes for the growth of the startups.
