Investment firm Blackstone acquires Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd. Blackstone acquired 97.7% stake in the company including shares of existing shareholders. Blackstone infused Rs 800 Cr primary equity capital into Aadhar. Aadhar has a network of 316 branches across 20 states and union territories. Blackstone invested $10.4 Bn in India so far through private equity & real estate.
