Hackathon 2019, The flagship event of digital services provider RapidValue, was organised in association with Nasscom 10,000 startups and Kerala startup mission at the Kochi Integrated Startup Complex in Kalamassery.
Vijay Sakhare IPS inaugurated the event and highlighted that cybersecurity is a very dynamic and live issue threat to all and there is a greater need for a meaningful solution to identify these threats. The two-day event focused on social, Mobile, IoT, Big Data, Cyber Security, Analytics technologies, ML and AI.
Out of 70 applications, 20 teams were shortlisted and participated in the Hackathon. From which, 5 teams were selected and 3 were chosen as winners. Team Spot which worked on deep learning bagged the first position. Team Agro Doc, an agriculture solution provider, were selected as the first runner up and team Pentatonics, an IoT solution providers, were the second runner up.
Hackathon 2019 was held in association with Kerala Startup Mission, Nasscom and Kotak Mahindra Bank. The winners were selected by the expert panel consisting of Ernest and Young partner Koshy Mathew, RapidValue CEO Rajesh Padinjaremadam and Oorjja founding director S S Jayasankar.
