NASSCOM says every 9th startup in the world is from India. Indian agri tech segment has above 450 startups % grows at a rate of 25%. The sector received total funding of $248 Mn as of June 2019. There has been a 1.7 times increase in farmer income in the last decade. Above 50% of the startups provide supply chain solutions including market linkage.
