Mahindra to acquire 55% stake in MERU cabs. Mahindra will pay up to Rs 201.5 crore to acquire the stake. Mahindra will have right to appoint majority of directors after investment. Once the deal is closed, Meru and its subsidiaries will become units of Mahindra. Mahindra has also invested in self-drive car rental platform ZoomCar.
