Bharti Airtel raises $750 Mn from investors in Asia, Europe & US. The funding comes through a hybrid financial instrument. Proceeds will be used for refinancing, funding in subsidiaries & general corporate purpose. Barclays Bank PLC, BNP Paribas and others act as joint bookrunners for the offering. Airtel recently raised Rs 25K Cr through a rights issue.
