Mercedes Benz unveils Avatar-themed car. Vision AVTR is an eco-friendly concept car. The car is designed on the theme of popular Hollywood movie, Avatar (2009). Interestingly, veteran director James Cameron has assisted in its designing of AVTR. The rear end of AVTR comes with 33 bionic flaps or scales. Bionic flaps let one communicate with people outside the vehicle.
AVTR can move even diagonally as its wheels rotate. The futuristic car is fully autonomous. Driver interacts with an oval-shaped controller that replaces steering wheel. AVTR boasts of a graphene-based fully recyclable organic battery. Vehicle’s interior is made of eco-friendly sustainable material.
