Kerala govt launches WhatsApp number to report domestic violence during the lockdown. Complaints can be made to the number -9400080292. WhatsApp option was launched to make it easy for women and children to complain. The service will be available 24 hours. Child-line number 1098 & women helpline Mitra’s number 181 can also be used to complain.
