Amazon India announces launch of ‘Local Shops on Amazon’ initiative. The program will help shopkeepers expand their footfalls through digital presence. Local stores can transform themselves to digital stores through the initiative. Amazon India earlier committed $1 Bn to digitally enable 10 Mn MSMEs in India. Local shops and retailers of any size can join the platform.
