Besides Hindi and English, the e-commerce major added Tamil, Telugu and Kannada interfaces

The new regional languages interface has been built on its Localisation and Translation Platform

This will help customers undertake end-to-end e-commerce journey in their local language

Flipkart’s 58% of our user base comes from Tier 2 cities and beyond
