The deal is worth Rs 398 crore
Sabyasachi is India’s largest luxury designer brand
It reported revenue worth Rs 274 crore in FY20
Brand straddles categories such as apparel, accessories and jewellery
Deal expected to be completed in 30-45 days
Company has strong presence in US, UK and Middle East
Deal will strengthen Sabyasachi’s portfolio in ethnic wear segment
