DPIIT recognises 50,000 startups under Startup India
Of which, 48,093 startups created 5,49,842 jobs
19,896 of these startups have been recognised since April 1, 2020
They created 1.7 Lakh jobs during 2020-2021
These startups will be eligible to avail of benefits across a range of laws, regulations, fiscal and infrastructural support
