PhonePe withdraws injunction appeal against BharatPe over the ‘Pe’ trademark
The Delhi High Court had dismissed the injunction plea by PhonePe in April
PhonePe has still not dropped the original lawsuit against BharatPe over trademark infringement
It has only withdrawn its appeal filed in May against the single-judge bench’s order
The company has also declined the possibility of a settlement with BharatPe
Walmart-owned PhonePe is looking to go public by 2023
