The required information will be gathered from the national digital platform ‘KisanMitr’
Farmers can access evidence-based info generated by research organisations like IMD, ISRO, ICAR and CGWA
They can also seek expert opinion on weather conditions
The app works on minimal bandwidth to meet network issues in remote areas
It relies on the geolocation of the farm and does not collect any inputs from a farmer
