വാഹനങ്ങളിലെ ഗ്ലാസുകളില്‍ കൂളിങ് ഫിലിം ഒട്ടിക്കുന്നതില്‍ ഇളവുമായി ഹൈക്കോടതി. മുന്നിലും പിന്നിലുമുള്ള ഗ്ലാസുകളില്‍ 70 ശതമാനത്തില്‍ കുറയാത്ത സുതാര്യതയുള്ള ഫിലിം ഒട്ടിക്കാം. വശങ്ങളിലെ ഗ്ലാസുകളില്‍ അന്‍പതുശതമാനത്തില്‍ കുറയാത്ത സുതാര്യതയുള്ള ഫിലിം ഒട്ടിക്കാം.
അനുവദനീയമായവിധം സുരക്ഷാ ഗ്ലാസോ ഫിലിമോ ഉള്ള വാഹനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് പിഴയീടാക്കാനാകില്ലെന്നും കോടതി വ്യക്തമാക്കി. ഇത്തരത്തില്‍ പിഴയീടാക്കിയ നടപടി റദ്ദാക്കിക്കൊണ്ടാണ് കോടതിയുടെ സുപ്രധാന ഉത്തരവ്.
