Govt of India launches 15 challenges for startups and MSMEs
Two winners of each challenge will receive a grant of Rs 50 lakhs
The initiative is a part of Atma Nirbhar mission and NITI Aayog’s Atal Innovation mission
Projects in the advanced stage of R&D are eligible
9-12 months will be allowed to develop prototypes
The challenges have been identified by ISRO and four other ministries
Areas include defence, health & family welfare, food processing & urban areas
