Maruti Suzuki to hike product prices owing to high input costs
Price change varies across models and ranges up to Rs 34,000
Price hike will be applicable for select models only
The company said its total production in December 2020 increased 33.78% to 1,55,127 units
Competitor Mahindra & Mahindra surged prices for commercial vehicles earlier due to the same reason
High costs and weaker demand since the pandemic outbreak puts the automobile industry in serious pressure
