Twitter rolls out voice DM feature in India
Users can send voice notes as DMs from voice tweets
However, the DMs cannot be more than 140 seconds long
The feature is similar to voice messaging feature on WhatsApp
Currently available for tab or smartphone users, it will soon hit the web version
The feature is being launched in a phased manner for India, Japan and Brazil
