GiveIndia bags Rs 23.4 Cr grant from Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. GiveIndia is a platform which promotes donation activities in the country. Flipkart, Ola, Cred, BookMyShow and Garbon are partners of GiveIndia. GiveIndia aims to scale up its donor base to 20 Lakh through the funding. The firm plans to onboard over 1000 NGOs in its platform.

ലോകത്തെ ആദ്യ ഇലക്ട്രിക്ക് റേസ് പ്ലെയിന്‍ ദുബായ് എയര്‍ഷോയില്‍ പ്രദര്‍ശിപ്പിച്ചു. 2020 Air Race E ഇവന്റ് ഉദ്ഘാടനത്തിന് പ്ലെയിന്‍ ഇറക്കും. റേസിങ് സീരിസിനായി പ്രത്യേകം നിര്‍മ്മിച്ച അഡ്വാന്‍സ്ഡ് e- എയര്‍ക്രാഫ്റ്റാണിത്. ഇംഗ്ലണ്ടിലെ ടീം കോണ്‍ഡോറാണ് e-racer model നിര്‍മ്മിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. 1970’s ഫോര്‍മുല എയര്‍ റേസിങ്ങിലുള്ള Cassutt aircraft കൊണ്ടാണ് നിര്‍മ്മാണം. 300mph സ്പീഡാണ് e-racer model നല്‍കുന്നത്. 150kw പവറുള്ള ലിഥിയം ബാറ്ററിയിലാണ് വിമാനം പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്നത്. അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര എയര്‍ റേസുകളിലും e-racer പങ്കെടുക്കും. ഇലക്ട്രിക്ക് കൊമേഴ്‌സ്യല്‍ ട്രാവലിങ് രംഗത്തും e-racer നാഴികക്കല്ലാകും. യൂറോപ്പ്-യുഎസ് എന്നിവിടങ്ങളില്‍ നിന്നും Air Race Eയില്‍ കണ്ടസ്റ്റന്റുകളെത്തും.

Facebook launches meme creation app, Whale. The feature comes from Facebook’s New Product Experimentation team. The app offers stock photos and editing tools to generate memes. Memes can be saved and shared on social media or as message threads. Users can make their own image stickers using the crop and cut tools. Whale is free for users without any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
