Shared office space provider Smartworks Coworking raises $25 Mn from Keppel Land. The funds will be used for company expansion in the country. The firm has 23 operational centres with 43,000 workstations. Smartworks has a presence in nine major Indian cities including Delhi. With this investment, Singapore-based Keppel Land marks foray into world’s fastest-growing flexible office markets.

Adani Transmission Ltd gets LoI from REC Transmission Projects. Adani Transmission is the largest private sector power transmission firm in India. LoI will equip ATL to operate & maintain a transmission project in Gujarat for 35 years. This project is to establish Transmission Systems from Gujarat’s Wind & Solar Energy Zone in Jamnagar. Project has been awarded to Adani Transmission through tariff-based bidding process.

Hyundai, Kia Motors കമ്പനികള്‍ക്ക് Ola കാബ്‌സിന്റെ ഓഹരി വാങ്ങാന്‍ Competition Commission of India അനുമതി നല്‍കുകയായിരുന്നു. ഹ്യുണ്ടായിയും കിയയും Ola കാബ്‌സില്‍ 300 മില്യണ്‍ ഡോളര്‍ നിക്ഷേപിക്കും. ഊബറുമായുള്ള മത്സരത്തില്‍ പുതിയ നിക്ഷേപം ഓലയ്ക്ക് ആശ്വാസമാകും. രാജ്യത്ത് ഇലക്ട്രിക് വെഹിക്കിള്‍ നിരത്തിലിറക്കാനുള്ള പദ്ധതിയിലാണ് Ola Electric Mobility.
Chennai-based TVS Motor partners with Cadisa to expand in Central America. Cadisa is a business group operating across Guatemala and El Salvador. The partnership will increase TVS’ two-wheeler sales in Central America. Cadisa will facilitate the opening of 15 flagship outlets for TVS Motor.
