PepsiCo to invest Rs 514 Cr to set up greenfield snack manufacturing plant in UP. The company aims to double its snacks business through the investment. PepsiCo’s leadership team signed an MoU with UP government in the investor summit. The plant will create 1,500 direct and indirect job opportunities. PepsiCo will set up a cold storage facility to enable the supply chain.
ലുധിയാനയില്‍ ഹൈടെക് സൈക്കിള്‍ വാലി വരുന്നു. പഞ്ചാബ് ഗവണ്‍മെന്റാണ് ധനാസു ഗ്രാമത്തില്‍ 383 ഏക്കറില്‍ 300 കോടി രൂപയുടെ ഹൈടെക് സൈക്കിള്‍ വാലി ആരംഭിക്കുന്നത്. ഇന്‍ഡസ്ട്രിയില്‍ മേഖലയെ പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിച്ച് തൊഴില്‍ സാധ്യത വര്‍ധിപ്പിക്കുകയാണ് ലക്ഷ്യം. 100 ഏക്കര്‍ അലോട്ട് ചെയ്ത് ഹീറോ സൈക്കിള്‍സിന് മെയിന്‍ യൂണിറ്റ് ആരംഭിക്കാന്‍ 2018ല്‍ കൈവശാവകാശം നല്‍കിയിരുന്നു. 2022 ഏപ്രിലോടെ ഹീറോ സൈക്കിള്‍സ് പ്രൊഡക്ഷന്‍ ആരംഭിക്കും. 100 അടി വീതിയുള്ള നാലുവരിപ്പാതയും 8.5 കിലോമീറ്റര്‍ നീളമുള്ള റോഡും നിര്‍മ്മിച്ച് ചണ്ഡീഗഡ്-ലുധിയാന ദേശീയപാതയുമായി സൈക്കിള്‍ വാലി ബന്ധിപ്പിക്കും.

Foodtech startup Zomato launches ‘Infinity Dining’ Program. The plan has been introduced in 350 restaurants with 3.5-star ratings. Infinity Dining will provide Zomato Gold customers access to the open bar at a fixed price. Customers will be charged per person and can eat any menu items for unlimited servings. Zomato has above 1.25 Mn subscribers in 9 countries including India, UAE, Australia and more.
