ഇന്ത്യൻ ഉപയോക്താക്കളുടെ വലിയ പ്രശ്നം പരിഹരിച്ച് Google Maps ഇംഗ്ലീഷ് ഇതര ഉപയോക്താക്കൾക്കായി പുതിയ Transliteration സംവിധാനം പലപ്പോഴും പ്രാദേശീക ഭാഷയിലെ സ്ഥലനാമങ്ങൾ ഗൂഗിളിന് കണ്ടെത്താൻ കഴിഞ്ഞിരുന്നില്ല Google Maps ഉപയോഗിച്ച് യാത്ര ചെയ്ത് അപകടത്തിലാകുന്ന സാഹചര്യവുമുണ്ട് പ്രാദേശിക ഭാഷ കൃത്യമായി മനസ്സിലാക്കേണ്ടത് അനിവാര്യമാണെന്ന് ഗൂഗിൾ കരുതുന്നു 10 ഇന്ത്യൻ ഭാഷകളിലേക്ക് Transliteration ചെയ്യുന്നതിനാണ് ഗൂഗിൾ ശ്രമം മലയാളം, ഹിന്ദി, തെലുങ്ക്, തമിഴ്, കന്നഡ എന്നിവ 10 ഭാഷകളിലുൾപ്പെടുന്നു ഇംഗ്ലീഷ് ഇതര Google മാപ്‌സ് ഉപയോക്താക്കൾക്ക് പുതിയ അപ്ഡേറ്റ് സഹായമാകും ബസ് സ്റ്റോപ്പ്, ക്ലിനിക്ക്,ഗ്രോസറി ഷോപ്പ് ഇവയുൾപ്പെടെ പ്രാദേശിക ഭാഷകളിലൂടെ ലഭ്യമാകും ഇന്ത്യൻ സ്മാർട്ട്‌ഫോൺ ഉപയോക്താക്കളുടെ ഇഷ്ട നാവിഗേഷൻ‌ ആപ്പാണ് Google Maps Google Translation വിശ്വാസയോഗ്യമല്ല എന്ന പരാതി ഇന്ത്യയിൽ വ്യാപകമാണ് അതിനാലാണ് ഇംഗ്ലീഷ് ഉപയോഗിക്കാൻ ഇന്ത്യൻ ഉപയോക്താക്കൾ നിർബന്ധിതരാകുന്നത്
