രാജ്യത്ത് Reliance Jioയുടെ 5G പരീക്ഷണം വിജയമെന്ന് റിപ്പോർട്ട് Qualcomm ടെക്നോളജിയുമായി ചേർന്നായിരുന്നു Jioയുടെ 5G പരീക്ഷണം തദ്ദേശീയമായി വികസിപ്പിച്ച  5G Radio Access Network പ്രോഡക്ടാണ് പരീക്ഷിച്ചത് 1Gbps വേഗത 5G പരീക്ഷണങ്ങളിൽ കൈവരിക്കാനായെന്ന് Reliance Jio 5G RAN പ്രോഡക്ട് യുഎസിൽ മുൻപ് തന്നെ പരീക്ഷിച്ചിരുന്നതായി Jio രാജ്യത്ത് അതിവേഗ 5G ലക്ഷ്യമിട്ടാണ് Qualcommമായി  Jio മുന്നോട്ട് പോകുന്നത് അടുത്തിടെ Qualcomm Ventures ജിയോ പ്ലാറ്റ്ഫോമിൽ 730 കോടി രൂപ നിക്ഷേപിച്ചിരുന്നു നിക്ഷേപത്തിലൂടെ 0.15% ഓഹരിയാണ്  Qualcomm  ജിയോ പ്ലാറ്റ്ഫോമിൽ നേടിയത് 2,500 രൂപ മുതലുളള 5G ഫോണുകള്‍ വിപണിയിലിറക്കുമെന്ന് ജിയോ പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചിരുന്നു
