രാജ്യത്ത് കമ്പനി ബോർഡ് പദവികളിൽ സ്ത്രീകളുടെ എണ്ണം കൂടി 8.6% വർധനവാണ് 2012-2020 കാലയളവിൽ സ്ത്രീ ബോർഡ് മെമ്പർമാരിൽ ഉണ്ടായത് 2020ൽ ബോർഡ് പദവികളിൽ  17% സ്ഥാനം വനിതകൾക്കുണ്ടായി 44 രാജ്യങ്ങളിലായി 1,685 കമ്പനികളിൽ നിന്നുള്ള ഡാറ്റ വിശകലനം ചെയ്തു ആഗോളതലത്തിൽ ബോർഡ് ലീഡേഴ്സിൽ വനിതകൾ 27.3% ആണ് 2018 ലെ 25.5% ത്തിൽ നിന്നും നേരിയ വർദ്ധനവാണുണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നത് എല്ലാ ബോർഡ് സ്ഥാനങ്ങളും കണക്കാക്കിയാൽ 2.1% ആണ് പ്രാതിനിധ്യം 2020ലെ പുതിയ ബോർഡ് നിയമനങ്ങളിൽ എല്ലാ പദവികളും എടുത്താൽ 13.5% വരും പുതിയ പദവികളിൽ 30% വനിതകളാണ്, 2018ൽ ഇത് 27% ആയിരുന്നു ആഗോളതലത്തിൽ പദവികളിലെ ലിംഗവൈവിധ്യത്തിൽ പുരോഗതി ഉണ്ടെന്ന് റിപ്പോർട്ട് എന്നാൽ മാറ്റത്തിന്റെ തോത് പരിമിതമാണെന്നും റിപ്പോർട്ട് പറയുന്നു
