EV നിർമാണത്തിൽ വൈദഗ്ധ്യവും പരിചയവുമുളളവരെയാണ് കമ്പനി തേടുന്നത്. അടുത്ത ആറ് മാസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ഇലക്ട്രിക് വാഹന നിർമാണ ശേഷി കൂട്ടും. ഇന്ത്യയിൽ ഇലക്ട്രിക് സ്കൂട്ടർ നിർമാണ പ്ലാന്റ് സ്ഥാപിക്കാനും പദ്ധതിയിടുന്നു. 2 ദശലക്ഷം യൂണിറ്റ് പ്രതിവർഷ ശേഷിയുളള ഇ- സ്കൂട്ടർ നിർമാണ പ്ലാന്റാണ് ലക്ഷ്യം. ഡച്ച് ഇലക്ട്രിക് ഇരുചക്ര വാഹന നിർമാതാക്കളായ Etergo BV സ്റ്റാർട്ടപ്പിനെ Ola ഏറ്റെടുത്തിരുന്നു. Etergoയുടെ App Scooterൽ‌ പരിഷ്കാരങ്ങൾ നൽകിയാണ് Ola ഇ-സ്കൂട്ടർ പുറത്തിറക്കുക. Ola Play, ഇന്ത്യൻ ഗ്ലോബൽ പൊസിഷനിംഗ് സിസ്റ്റം എന്നിവ ഇ-സ്കൂട്ടറിലുണ്ടാകും. ജപ്പാന്റെ SoftBank ഇൻവെസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്ത ബംഗളുരു ആസ്ഥാനമായ കമ്പനിയാണ് Ola Cabs. മൊബിലിറ്റി, EV, ഫൈനാൻഷ്യൽ സർവീസസ് എന്നിവയിൽ നാലായിരത്തോളം ജീവനക്കാരുണ്ട്.
