Sherry Lassiter, Fab Foundation President and CEO envisages to alter society towards more equitable and sustainable world. Lassiter, a former journalist and documentary director travels around the world to reach out the spirit of FabLabs to communities. Lassiter speaks to Channeliam at IEDC summit 2018.
Postgraduate in Education from Harvard University, Sherry Lassiter fostered FabLabs, the biggest network of makers across world. Fab Lab is spreading over 1,200 labs in 100 countries. Fablabs realized Sherry Lassiter’s dream to create a world where anyone anywhere can make anything. Lassiter at 63 is energetic to interact with young entrepreneurs.
She advocated start-ups in Kerala to think differently to come up with unique ideas and leverage tech. She believes women to lead roles in entrepreneurship with their born qualities.
