E-commerce major Amazon to buy Uber Eats India business. Uber Eats is likely to consider a valuation of $300 million. Amazon plans to add food delivery services to its portfolio in India. The company aims to make the new venture an add on to its Prime membership plan. Once functional, Amazon will compete with the likes of Swiggy, Zomato and more. Amazon Prime membership has crossed 10 Mn mark.
