E-commerce giant Amazon to buy 49% stake in Future Coupons Ltd. Future Coupons is a Future Retail promoter firm. The deal will give Amazon rights to acquire a stake in Future Retail. Future Retail operates the popular retail chains Big Bazaar and WHSmith. This is Amazon’s third investment in the Indian retail space.
