Amazon’s voice assistant Alexa introduces interaction in Hindi. Alexa hitherto was only able to pronounce names of poplar places in vernacular content. Around 500 “skills” are currently available in Hindi in Alexa. Alexa so far supported commands only in English. The device competes with the likes of Google Assistant and Apple’s Siri
