Private Equity firm TPG to invest Rs 4,547 cr in Jio. TPG will acquire 0.93% equity stake in Jio platforms.With this, Jio Platforms fundraising crosses Rs 1 trillion mark. Jio Platform’s equity value stands at Rs 4.91 Tn and enterprise value at Rs 5.16 Tn. Facebook, Silver Lake, General Atlantic, KKR, & Mubadala have invested in Jio earlier.
